Team Leader / Supervisor
SafeSide is looking for experienced team leaders and supervisors to oversee our on-site security and event personnel. As a Team Leader, you will be the primary point of contact between our operational teams and management, responsible for briefings, deployment coordination, incident reporting, and ensuring service standards are upheld at all times. This is a senior operational role for individuals who lead by example.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a security or events supervisory role
Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and coordinate teams of 5–20 personnel
Strong written and verbal communication for incident reporting and briefings
Valid Austrian security licence; additional supervisory certifications preferred
Excellent situational awareness and decision-making under pressure
Proficiency with standard reporting and scheduling tools
Fluency in German; English proficiency required
